Patrick Murphy
Mr. Murphy is currently President and CEO of Capital Resources Financial Ltd. located in New York State, assisting in the management of a closed end investment group with current assets in excess of $4 billion. He was also elected President Emeritus, of the AFL/ClO lUJH International Labor Union of the United States and Canada, which for a period of time was President of the AFL/ClO, Local 8, for the state of New York.

James E. Hock
Mr. Hock is the Founder, President and CEO of Hanover International, Inc. and is the current Co-Chairman of the National Investment Banking Association. Since the founding of Hanover in 1990, Jim has advised many micro-, small- and mid-cap companies on best industry practices in financial communications, corporate branding and awareness and capital markets access and advisory.

Dennis Mee
Mr. Mee has over 35 years’ experience as a senior financial and operational executive with a variety of industries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Jagercor Energy Corp. a publicly traded company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange. Currently, Mr. Mee is President of Part Time CFO Inc., providing companies finance, accounting, strategic planning, and other operational management expertise on an as-needed basis to smaller companies and start ups. His previous experience acting as CFO or COO for a variety of small to mid-size companies in the Telecommunications, Service, and Distribution industries and invaluable experience on both sides of the business cycle, having led teams through major downsizings and restructurings along with start-ups. Mr. Mee received his C.A. while at KPMG in Toronto and is a member of the BC and Ontario Institute of Chartered Accounts.

John Wardlow
Mr. Wardlow is a founding director of Greenbriar Capital Corp., a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange, and has served there as the Chair of the Audit Committee since 2009. In 2006, Mr. Wardlow became an independent director of Western Wind Energy Corp. and served as the Chair of the Audit Committee from 2007 until they were bought by Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners L.P. in 2013. With 40 years of experience in the motion picture industry, Mr. Wardlow founded Stunts Canada in 1970, served as the first Business Agent for the B.C. branch of the Directors Guild of Canada from 1976 to 1980, and successfully lobbied the provincial government to create the B.C. Film Locations Office.

Dan Koyich
Serving as a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Koyich has been involved as a director of public companies since 1997. As President of JeanDan Management, Ltd. since 1977, Dan has gained extensive experience in consulting services regarding investor relations, business administration and financing for publicly listed companies.

Ken Wright
Mr. Wright comes to the Company with over 37 years of accounting experience, with the last eighteen years as an associate with BDO Dunwoody LLP. His extensive experience has seen him as Coordinating Board Member for C.G.A. courses with the University of Caledonia and past auditor of the Okanagan Chapter of C.G.A. Association of British Columbia.

Dr. William Pfaffenberger
Dr. Pfaffenberger is President of Saint Jean Carbon Inc, a reporting TSX-V company, having joined the company in April 2006. He is a retired professor of mathematics who was in the Mathematics and Statistics Department at the University of Victoria for 38 years.  He served as a Member of the Board of Governors, was Chair of his department and served as Chair of the Board of Pension Trustees for 11 years overseeing a fund of over $400 million (now valued at $1 billion).   Besides being a director of Saint Jean Carbon, he also serves as a director of one other public company, Cancana Resources.  He is also President of a private minerals company, Fundamental Resources Corp.

Frank E. MacKinnon
Mr. MacKinnon brings over 35 years of senior operating and executive management skills along with strong domestic and international P&L experience. His professional insurance career includes the start-up of a Canadian 3rd party insurance company consisting of Canadian regional and international offices which financially resulted in $70 million in insurance revenues. Internationally, Mr. MacKinnon successfully developed and negotiated the licensing of 2 Caribbean Insurance Agencies which facilitated international business growth for the British Virgin Islands and St. Maarten. His career also brings many years of financial and leasing experience with abilities to market and originate large ticket lease transactions, evaluate capital expenditures, proposals, budgeting and cash flow based credit analysis from being employed by Canada's largest Bank's leasing divisions.
